This is a small marketing site for Ahmed Shaheed, RPh. It's designed to give you information and help you take the next step — not to collect data about you. Here's exactly what happens.

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels. The site doesn't build a profile of you or follow you around the web. Like any website, the server that hosts it (Cloudflare) processes the basic technical request needed to deliver each page.
When you open the chat and send a message, the text you type is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate a reply, then shown back to you. We don't save your conversation to a database, and the chat isn't a medical record. Your IP address is used only momentarily, in memory, to limit abuse of the chat — it isn't stored or linked to you.
Please don't type detailed personal health information into the chat. It's there for general questions about the practice and to point you to the right next step — book a visit, walk in, or contact Ahmed — not to assess, diagnose, or prescribe.
The “Am I a candidate?” self-check runs entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, and answers are used on your device to show a result and never leave it — they aren't sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is stored.
Booking is handled by Jane, a separate scheduling and practice-management service, at rxeset.janeapp.com. Anything you enter there is governed by Jane's own privacy practices. Health information you share during an actual visit is handled as part of your pharmacy care, under Alberta's health-privacy rules.
